Pre-orders first. Print run second. Nobody fronts the money.
Printers want a minimum quantity, and prices drop as quantity rises. Merch Run lets you prove demand and collect funds before you commit.
Why groups use Merch Run
It's free — really
No platform fees for you or your supporters, no percentage of what you collect, and nothing to cancel.
Your money stays yours
Payments settle in your own payment channel or your own Stripe account. Merch Run tracks what's owed and paid but never holds funds.
Nothing gets lost
Sizes, quantities, custom questions, payment status, and notes live on one page instead of a spreadsheet plus three group chats.
Share the workload safely
Co-hosts and group managers can help run the page without being able to change pricing, payment methods, shipping, taxes, or fees.

For organizers
1. Create your page
Name your group, write the story, add up to eight product photos, and set the price, sizes, colors, deadline, and pickup details. Theme colors and your own submit-button wording make it look like yours.
2. Set your minimum and goal
Enter your printer's minimum quantity plus optional tiered milestones for the next price break. Supporters watch the goal meter fill in real time.
3. Choose how money works
Turn on Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, cash, check, or cards through your own Stripe account. Charge at sign-up, or collect reservations first and request payment once the minimum is hit.
4. Share one link and track it
Send the page to your group — no accounts required to sign up. Give helpers their own referral links to see who's driving sign-ups, and post announcements when plans change.
5. Order with confidence
Close sign-ups, export the exact size-by-color breakdown, or hand your printer a private live status link. No guessing, no leftover inventory.
6. Keep supporters posted
Mark cash, check, and peer-to-peer payments as received, then email shipping and pickup updates to exactly the supporters affected.
